Beginners Pilates Workshops
60 minutes ~ Beginners Workshop ~ £20 per person
To get the most out of group classes and achieve the aims of the exercise, it is essential to understand the Pilates fundamentals. At this workshop you will learn about ‘neutral pelvis’, ‘neutral spine’ and why you are asked to come into those positions. You’ll also find out why we apply breathing patterns, how to engage your core muscles and about how your spine moves.
After attending this workshop, you will have gained the skills and understanding to get a good workout and develop further in the group classes!

What to bring: A bottle of water
What to wear: Clothing that allows free movement and doesn't restrict your body, eg. t-shirt & leggings/shorts
