You're in safe hands with Josie. Degree qualified in Sports Therapy as well as a Body Control Pilates teacher, Josie has a wealth of experience with the human body during exercise and movement.

Mat Pilates (The Mat) is a series of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates to challenge your muscles and you body in a variety of ways.
Mat Pilates is performed with the moves to work with just your body weight and a floor mat for cushioning and support. Small equipment such as resistance bands, light weights, blocks and head cushions may be used to add challenge or facilitate alignment and quality of movement.
